My two girls
Kaitlyn is 2 weeks old today- I can't believe it. I just want to pause time for awhile, so I can enjoy her baby-ness.I am really enjoying being a Mommy to two great girls. And I wish life would slow down a bit, so I can savour these Mommy moments more.

Before we had Baby #2, I was hearing lots of rumours about how adding a second kid to the family is more than twice the work. So, of course, I was quite nervous- and anticipating being overtired and overworked the first few months. But, it turns out, it's just not true. Sure, I've got more laundry to do, I get a little less sleep, and sometimes I have to potty Eva while I am nursing Kaitlyn (slightly awkward). But, more than twice the work? No way.

In fact, look what I got to enjoy the girls doing, while I got some housework done yesterday.

Yes, life is real good.

Funny that you have heard that two means twice the work. I have always heard the opposite from all my friends. They always tell me that they entertain each other making it easier to get things done around the house. So I am glad the same is true for you. Anyway, glad to hear things are going well and that you are in your new home!
