2011 Annual Christmas Song
This year's annual Christmas song is unedited, uncut and as real as it gets.

Enjoy!

Last Christmas - 2011 Annual Christmas Song from T Braam on Vimeo.

If you were wondering... this is the girls' favourite song this year. Eva performed it with her musical theatre class at the Light Up Festival in town. Their choice, definitely not mine :) I tried to sway them more in the Fahoo Fores direction...ah well.

Merry Christmas!!

Insta-December

We've been having lots of fun so far, December is our most fun & busy time of the year!

Some highlights:
-Eva turned 6, we celebrated, and she opened (and loved) each and every present (the origami gift from my Mom, and the jewelry box from Great Grandma are shown here)

-Tucker is trying reaaally hard to crawl and can scoot forward a teeny bit- he mostly just scoots backwards and turns to get around.

-Kaitlyn and BooBoo are still inseparable.

-I turned 30, we celebrated by getting my birthday Starbucks drink, free Denny's dinner and we took a trip to the thrift store and found my favourite game from growing up- Stock Ticker, woo!

-Eva got her picture taken with Santa, and asked him for a Littlest Pet Shop playset (I overheard, thank goodness that's what "Santa" got her already)

And, that's our December so far. Today, I am baking Christmas cookies, doing 500 loads of laundry and waiting for it to snow.

Happy almost Christmas!

Video Tour of our House
Well, it only took me forever to finally do this (you can thank Jen for nudging me to finish). So, without further adieu, the tour of our Summerland house....

(filmed on my iPhone, guessing that's why it's so narrow)

And, a couple pics of the outside...

Fiery Night Sky
I keep thinking- can this place get any more beautiful?

And, then it does.

We went for a family walk on the backyard mountain, and our way back down the trail to our house (you can see our house in the last picture), the sky turned fiery- it was gorgeous. These pictures just barely capture the beauty. You wouldn't believe me if I told you the colours were even more intense in real life.

And, there's Superdad helping his little lady down our trail, and he's got a sleeping baby on his back. Awesome man, lovely kids, beautiful scenery...I am blessed.
