life is good
We found our dream townhouse...it's in Clayton and it's four blocks away from my favourite cafe (Starbucks), my favourite grocery store (Extra Foods- cheap diapers, yah), and my favourite bank (Coast Capital). I asked the guy at that Starbucks today if he was from the area, cuz we were thinking of moving there, and he said that Clayton is a wonderful neighbourhood, perfect for riding bikes and walking dogs. Ahhhhhhh, what a dream. I hope this place works out.
On to some more exciting news: Mandy and Adam just had their baby boy Saturday night. Isaac William Schellenberg. Gosh i hope i spelled that right. He is adorable. Check out lifeofike.com for some cute pics.
So i have this cute pic of eva in a polka-dot bikini but it will have to wait for another day because blogger isn't letting me upload.

she kissed me!
Two weeks ago, she discovered her hands. And stared at them for 10 minutes at a time. Last week, she discovered her legs. And continually pulled her pant leg to her mouth. Yesterday she discovered her lips. And has been smacking them constantly since then.
Last night, during an intense lip-smacking episode, Nich leaned Eva into my face and SMACK she planted a wet one right on my lips. It was hilarious. Finally after all the kisses we've been showering her with, i get one in return. Ok, so i know she didnt realize what she did. And i feel bad cuz it happened so fast, i didnt kiss back. But it's a work in progress. She'll be kissing me on purpose before you know it.

i am sleepy
I know it's been awhile since i've blogged. Been busy townhouse shopping. We're ready for a place with a garage and a yard..yah, more space would be good.
Sooo i am tired. It's totally past my bedtime. Well not really, but I've only had 1 cup of coffee today. And it didnt really count cuz it was a Tim Horton's cappucciono. Nothing against Timmy's, but it just doesnt have the same kick as a Starbucks latte. So I might not be making much sense. But Eva is looking gorgeous in her new baby outfit. check it out.
Oh by the way. Never rent the movie "The Weatherman". It was boring. But, on an exciting note, Chicken Little is coming out on video in 3 days, and i am STOKED.

Let me introduce you..
His name is Jolly Ally Alligator, he's just shy of his 25th birthday, and comes complete with matted fur and eyes that are falling off. This past weekend he was formally introduced to the 2nd generation, and has gotten rave reviews. His snout and her mouth have been inseperable ever since..

it's snowing
I loooove the snow, everything is so white and pretty. It's the best when you don't have to drive in it- you just get to enjoy looking at it. I introduced Eva to the snow this morning, she stared for awhile and then cried. But that is usual.
She is wearing jeans for the first time today (thanks Jen). And she just looked so cute today, we had a little photo shoot this morning.

bathtime with daddy
I can't believe i am one of those parents- you know, the ones that take pictures of their kid in the bath. When i was growing up i always swore i would never do that to my children. But how could i resist? It was so DARN CUTE! Both of them were, Nich was singing and getting her all sudsy with her pink puppy washcloth, and Eva was just staring at her Daddy with those big blue eyes and...awww...how does that song go? "Rubber Ducky, you're the one, You make my bathtime so much fun, Rubber Ducky I am honestly fond of Youuuuu"
