My belly and the new house
How abouts that belly pic I promised? Here is my almost 37 week (as of tomorrow!) prego self.

I have another Dr. appointment tomorrow, so I'll update more on all things baby then.

Nich has been working like crazy on our new house. He has almost all of the contracts from here on out (except carpet, and tile in the entryway), so it's up to him to finish it before Baby Bean gets here. It's coming along quite well. He picked out a beautiful dark hardwood floor for our kitchen/den/dining area. I am super excited to have hardwood! He's also got crown moulding up in all the bedrooms, and he made Eva's bedroom wainscoting from scratch. He's amazing.

I snuck my camera in our house on Sunday, and only got two lame pictures before my camera battery died.

A corner of our kitchen...

And Eva's girlie bedroom...

It's exciting to see it coming along so well. Poor Baby Bean's room is boring and beige with no wainscoting. I have no design inspiration for it (because blue? or purple? nobody knows) so we're just going to leave it until we move in. But, Eva's room on the other hand, is going to be picture perfect. I have adorable pink stripey Pottery Barn bedding for her big girl bed. And I'm working on the wall hangings this week. And we (we meaning Nich- yes he sews but don't tell anyone) are going to make a valance for her window that compliments her bedding. Oh, the fun!

You've pretty much got the best all-around husband there is. He can build and he can sew and he can cook! He made my parent's quilt, did he tell you that? Yup, a man that can quilt.

Eva's room looks AWESOME! I love the wainscoting. Isn't it great that he gets paid for working on your own house?
