I'm having some technical difficulties here- I just lost heaps of pictures and videos (including "I want a Hippo for Christmas") and I can't figure out how to get my camera cord working again. Sigh.

This is happening amidst our craziest month- which I was really hoping to blog about, with pictures. But, alas, I'll just have to mention we had a great Thanksgiving/Nate's Homecoming celebration in the States this past weekend. We got to see lots of friends and family, a good time was had by all. Also, Kaitlyn actually slept in the hotel room (instead of, you know, crying all night), so I consider the whole trip a roaring success.

Our schedule is packed to the brim over the next week, but it's all fun stuff: games night tonight, visiting our friends that moved to our part of town (yay!) tomorrow, Nich's Dad is coming to town over the weekend, Eva and I's family birthday celebration dinner on Sunday...and Eva's birthday Tuesday, and mine on Wednesday.

We won't be bored! I'm looking forward to it all, December rocks.
