As some of you know, my brother is currently in Afghanistan and will be there for the next little while (although he gets to come home to meet his new, soon-to-be-born baby in a few short weeks!).

Anyhow, my sister-in-law's small group is putting on a Coat Drive for the people in Mazari Sharif, Afghanistan. And our small group decided we want to help out too. The winter temperatures there fall below freezing, and many are poor and in need of a warm jacket.

So, if you're interested in helping out, we're collecting new and gently used coats and cashola for postage. And if you don't live near me, you can mail them directly to my brother in Afghanistan. Just leave a comment with your email addy and I'll send you the address.
