Eva had her first official, just-for-fun sleepover at Grandma and Papa's last Friday. She was looking forward to all day long, asking to go over and over again. And, finally, it came time to drop her off, and she kept telling Nich and I to go. I love her independence, although it would be nice to be missed.
The next morning, we all met at the Pumpkin Patch. This is our third year in a row going, it has become a family fall tradition. There's a petting zoo, a hayride, and of course, the picking of the perfect pumpkin in the pumpkin patch. Lots of family fun was had by all...

We have taken a picture of Eva at the "How Tall This Fall" sign every year since Eva was 10 months old. Here's 2006...

2007...

And 2008 (a bit of a close-up, but she was to the middle of the "T" last year, and now she's right above it)...

And Kaity-Kaitlyn's turn...

We sat Eva on a huge-mongous pumpkin for a cute photo, doesn't she look pleased?

She was pretty excited to hold a real baby bunny for the first time. This girl loooves bunnies (she sleeps with Green Bunny, Purple Bunny and White Bunny every night).

Grandma, Papa and the kidlets...

And a family shot..

So much fun! And now that we've done the pumpkin patch, it's time to set out the Christmas decorations, right?
