veggie rejection
She has been thowing up her meals.

At first I thought it was because she was a bit sick. Then I thought that maybe she was choking/gagging and that caused her to projectile her meal. But then I realized...

-yesterday at lunch it was the sweet potatoes

-yesterday at dinner it was the broccoli

-today at lunch it was the avacado

She eats everything else just fine- cereal, fruit, meat, crackers...but as soon as veggies are in the mix- well, what a mess. I think I need to start disguising her vegetables a little more. Any ideas?

maybe try mixing the veggies with a little apple sauce. I've had to do that. I have to do that all the time with carrots.

Ha Ha. Sorry, I know it isn't funny, but it kind of is when your kid gets past that stage and you look back at your friends and see that they are going what you went through a year ago. I don't know what to tell you. I gave up and stopped giving them to Daisy for a bit. (I gave her vitamins)Then I started introducing them to her again later. Sometimes she'll eat them, sometimes she doesn't. Most of the time I have to hide them in something else. Just have to keep trying new ways to give them to her.

I would suggest mixing them with something else, after giving it a break for a while. Is there one that you've tried in the past that she did okay with (maybe sweet potatoes?) Since she likes yoghurt, maybe you could stir a bit in with that when you start introducing them again.

I used to have to hide your veggies in homemade chicken noodle soup for a few months when you were young!
