song i wrote
I finally picked up my guitar and strummed a few songs i wrote while i was in bible skool. here is a song i jotted down on the side of my class notes- it seems like the best songs i wrote were thought up during class.

My thoughts of forever fray at the ends
Can't wrap my mind around the thought of eternity
You're outside of time and so is my soul
So why do i stare at the world?

(pre-chorus)
I don't want to cling to anything on this earth
I just want to fall contentedly into your embrace
So, Lord have my all
Eternally

(Chorus)
So whatever I do, may be of You
The words that I say, have a "You" aftertaste
The love I show, be of Your glow
And the songs that I sing, be worthy of a King

My heart's sigh for forever, seared by my mind
I don't know much, but I know Your love will never ever end
You're so far above me, yet never without me
So why can't I simply let go

(pre-chorus)
I don't want to cling to anything on this earth
I just want to fall contentedly into your embrace
So, Lord have my all
Eternally

(Chorus)
So whatever I do, may be of You
The words that I say, have a "You" aftertaste
The love I show, be of Your glow
And the songs that I sing, be worthy of a King

I can't wait to hear it on the 24th. hint hint.
Seriously, you have a gift. I encourage you to continue with it. You don't have to play in public, but keep playing. God is going to use it.
