so, here is the condo-selling update. the offer on our house fell thru on friday...that afternoon we got another offer. Praise God! So far, this contract looks more solid. we'll know for sure by this friday.
if this one works out, we have to be out of here by june 17th...so soon! i love our house, and i'll miss it very much. so many memories here! but we are all stoked to be moving into a townhouse. we're gonna have more room than we know what to do with!
